Completed Projects

Westridge Service Station
Oryx Growth led the reconfiguration and expansion of the convenience centre to introduce a new QSR component. Our role included development planning, tenant coordination and project management through delivery.

Buh-Rein Retirement Village
Oryx Growth supported the development management of this large-scale retirement estate, which includes independent living, assisted living and care facilities. We coordinated multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient delivery for MSP Retirement and Old Mutual.

De Korenvlij Retail Centre – Malmesbury
Oryx Growth acted as development manager for this multi-storey greenfield retail project in the town CBD. We oversaw planning, professional team coordination and construction execution from concept to completion.

Croydon Community Facility
Oryx Growth managed the delivery of this multi-purpose community and day-care centre, funded by a local church. Our involvement included project planning, professional coordination and oversight of construction activities.

Tau Game Lodge – Madikwe
Oryx Growth managed the redevelopment of existing lodge buildings and guest chalets for this luxury safari destination. The project required careful integration of new works within a protected environment and alignment with heritage and hospitality needs.

Busamed Paardevlei – Subdivision & S137 Clearances
Oryx Growth facilitated the subdivision, consolidation, and municipal approval processes, including new services implementation and Section 137 clearances. This ensured the properties could be legally transferred and developed further.

Vista Verde – Somerset West
Oryx Growth provided project and development management for this 60-unit residential complex. Our role included coordination of teams, programme oversight and delivery through practical completion.

Oak Corner – Brackenfell
We oversaw the development and delivery of this 71-unit residential estate, managing construction planning, approvals and execution. Oryx ensured quality, compliance and smooth handover.

KFC Dieprivier
Oryx Growth managed the development of this new KFC drive-thru site, overseeing site planning, compliance, professional teams and construction commencement.

Rohloff Group Warehouse – Firgrove
Oryx Growth acted as project manager for this new warehouse development, coordinating planning, technical teams and construction startup.

Stellendale – Kuilsrivier
Oryx Growth manages the reinstatement of land use rights, infrastructure upgrades and Section 137 approvals for this multi-phase residential estate. Our mandate includes guiding development compliance and overseeing phased execution.

Vergenoegd Löw Wine Estate – Faure
Oryx Growth is managing the redevelopment of the estate, including new guest accommodation, restaurant facilities and supporting infrastructure. Our role includes coordinating conversions of heritage buildings and overseeing new construction works.

Klipfontein – Malmesbury
Oryx Growth is the development and project manager for Phase 1 of this large residential estate. We oversee land-use implementation, professional coordination and phased delivery of 411 units and community facilities.

Silver Hills – Somerset West
